Claudia Kiatake, 47. She was born and lives in SP. Runs through diverses materials and media, developing works in metal, wood, paper and digital graphics, exploring new compositions of her works. In the diversity of materials, a common denominator denounces clearly her intention: balanced and harmonious plasticity that allows an intense plastic reading.
"Art exists where there is a spectator and comes to reveal what already exists in each of us. What we forget or what we unlearn to see and feel. It accurately reaches our soul and reinvents us. In the deconstruction of the elements, I search for images and complete compositions that question the intrinsic ability of the human being to always reinvent itself. I seek balance and harmony in each sculpture. The moment of contemplation is the connection of its spectator and the heart of the artist.”
